But we always make sure to create a plan that fits your budget. During a free introduction call, we’ll discuss what you need and what price range suits that.

How often you go to the gym depends on your goals and your daily life. Some people train three times a week, others less or even more. During the intake, we’ll look together at what’s realistic and what fits best with your situation. That way, we create a schedule that works and is actually sustainable.
